Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming calls from various contacts including: manufacturing department, warehouse, 3rd party installers, customer sales reps.
  • You will assist these callers with product installation, display installation and set-up.
  • Document all phone calls you take in a very detailed manner excellent communications skills are key here!
  • Creatively problem solve situations that arise.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great phone etiquette, superb problem solving and follow-up skills
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
